What is pace production?
Lean or paced production is an efficient way to carry out construction projects. Pace production is based on strict adherence to plans and schedules. Work phases are divided into work packages, and they are carried out in a continuous, overlapping flow. This method has been used in the automotive industry for a long time, and is also nowadays becoming more common in construction.

Pace production is impossible without well-planned and functioning pace logistics. The scheduled delivery of multiple material batches to installation sites without errors and the efficient recycling of waste materials requires the use of a logistics center and consolidated transport.
